Join the Resistance

Wellesley Defends Democracy organizes local bridge brigades and protest rallies. Join us every Tuesday from 4:30-5:30PM on the Cedar Street bridge over Rt. 9. On June 6, the anniversary of D-Day, there will be nationwide bridge and overpass actions in honor of "Democracy Day." From 11AM to 12:30PM, you are invited to honor veterans on one of three bridges: Cedar Street at Rt. 9, Rt. 16 at 128, or Recreation Road. Here is a sign-up link.
