UU Wellesley Hills participates in the environmental and climate justice movement.

Social Action Council

Our Social Action Council is dedicated to promoting “justice, equity, and compassion in human relations,” one of the principles we Unitarian Universalists hold dear.

Black Lives Matter Vigil

We have been sponsoring a monthly Black Lives Matter vigil since November 2017.

Welcoming Congregation

UU Wellesley Hills recertified its long-time designation as an official “Welcoming Congregation” in 2023.

Just Desserts

“Just Desserts” is an ongoing initiative sponsored by UU Wellesley Hills’ Advocacy & Witness Team to provide education about pressing social justice issues along with an opportunity for fellowship.

Spiritual Exploration

Unitarian Universalism is a faith without a creed, encouraging people to find ethical and spiritual meaning in their circumstances and personal experiences. We have programs for families and children, small groups that explore topics in settings of trust, and gatherings combining our social and spiritual needs. By engaging with life’s big questions together, we form ever deeper connections in our community.
