Legislature’s Joint Committee on Public Health voted the End-of-Life Options Act (S.1331/H.2246) favorably out of committee on Feb. 7th. The bill has been voted forward out of this committee twice before but this is the earliest it has moved forward during a session. It is now a senate bill and will go to the Joint Committee on health Care Financing. Molly Walsh will provide an update as soon as she hears the plan for advocacy with this committee.
